Like Yourself in 2020
Have you made mistakes? Do you experience depression? Are you struggling with relationships? I suspect you are not alone. Sometimes when we have these experiences, we get mad at ourselves. We can be hard on ourselves. Can you like yourself more in 2020?

Maybe you feel a certain way. Maybe you hate when you feel this way. This is just a part of you, however. Try to remember the parts that you like. Maybe you feel love towards another being. Honor the love you give to others. It is an important part of who you are.
Compassion for Others
