This quote has more meaning to me as I look at turning 45 in 2015. In some ways I do feel stronger as I get older. Opportunity is always there. I do not think I always knew this. You have to look for it and it may not always be obvious. There is so much information coming our way, it can sometimes be hard to slow down and recognize possibility. The menopause support group allowed me to slow down and remember that we can learn from and support each other. I am grateful for the opportunities I let myself be open to in 2014.
